Male Hair Loss and DHT

By Jen Carter

Male hair loss is an extremely common problem, as almost every man experiences at least some sort of hair loss before the age of 40. It is caused by an increased sensitivity to androgens, which are male hormones, and although most male hair loss problems are hereditary or genetic, there are those cases in which the hair loss is temporary, for instance when it is stress or medication that is causing the hair loss.
The Details
Male hair loss can be caused by a variety of things, depending on the person and their particular situation. In general however most hair loss is not associated with any systemic or internal disease or has to do with a lack of nutrition. Thyroid disease is a common cause of hair loss, but more than anything genetics play a major role. You will notice that if a man has a hair loss problem usually his father did as well, and his father before him.
Alopecia Areata
This is the most common male hair loss condition of all, and it is one which typically starts as a single circle of smooth baldness that continues to spread as time goes on. The most extensive form of this condition is known as alopecia totalis, in which the entire scalp will end up going bald, and this is why it is so important to determine early on what specific hair loss problem you are suffering from, so that you can deal with it properly before it is too late.
Treatment
There are various treatments available for male hair loss, and for the alopecia areata condition in particular, typically treatment involves injecting steroids into the affected patches of skin in order to stimulate hair growth in the patient. However this method of treatment is truly not practical for large areas and so if there is a significant amount of hair loss you may have to go for other treatments, such as oral steroids or ultraviolet light therapy.
Male Pattern Baldness
Male pattern baldness is another common male hair loss problem, and this is a genetic disorder as well, and so although there is nothing that you can do to actually stop the hair loss, there are ways to treat and control it.
Male hair loss can be incredibly damaging to a man’s self esteem, and it can even be so serious that it can cause depression. This is why if you have a hair loss problem you need

Aromatherapy And Hair Loss

By Cathy Taylor

How to use Essential Oils to Treat Thinning Hair
Aromatherapy dates back to the Egyptians and has been used for centuries to treat a variety of bodily conditions. Losing hair causes both women and men anxiety and has generated a multi-million dollar industry. But studies show that inexpensive, home-grown remedies might just be the best answer. Aromatherapy consists of concentrated flower extracts, leaves and roots from different plants that aid regeneration.
This kind of hair loss is referred to in medical terms as Alopecia Areata. It's a patchy kind of baldness thought to be related to an autoimmune disorder. Scottish dermatologists, including Isabelle Hay and colleagues from the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, ran a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial on 86 people with alopecia using the following essential oils:
Thyme vulgaris, Thyme (2 drops, 88 mg) Lavandula angustifolia, Lavender (3 drops, 108 mg) Rosmarinus officinalis, Rosemary (3 drops, 114 mg) Cedrus atlantica, Atlas Cedar Wood (2 drops, 94 mg)These oils were mixed in a carrier oil which was a combination of 3 ml of jojoba and 20 ml of grapeseed oil. The control group received unscented carrier oils alone with no essential oils added.
The oils were massaged into the scalp for a minimum of 2 minutes and a warm towel was wrapped around the head to aid absorption of the oils. Patients were advised to use this technique every night.
Professional photographs of each patient's scalp were taken at baseline, three and seven months. Observed changes over this time period served as the primary outcome measure. Outcomes were also measured by mapping bald patches and severity of alopecia with a four-point scale.
At the end of 7 months the results were impressive: 44% (16 of the 35 patients) had noticeable improvement compared to 15% (6 of 28 patients) in the control or placebo group. The average hair regrowth with the essential oils was 104 square cm compared with nearly zero for those in the control group. (see Hay, Isabelle C., et al. ?Randomized Trial of Aromatherapy: Successful Treatment for Alopecia Areata.? Arch. Dermatol. 1998; 134:1349)
Is 44% response rate worth the effort to try these essential oils? It's important to note that according to the authors of this experiment, this percentage is approximately the same response rate dermatologists expect with standard medical therapies.
The results indicate that aromatherapy is a safe and effective treatment for this kind of hair loss. Trying this alternative treatment is a lot less expensive, requires fewer or no doctor visits and has a lower risk of side effects. So what have you got to lose?

Shampoo For Thinning Hair

By Tom Cruz

When it comes to hair loss, the World Health Organization categorizes the act into five different levels or degrees, where thinning hair falls under two of the categories. Under Level 0, no change in hair appearance is seen, while Level 1 showcases a slight thinning of the hair with minimal hair loss (meaning it is still reversible). Level 2 deals with a noticeable thinning that causes moderate hair loss. Patchy baldness occurs under Level 3, while total irreversible hair loss characterizes Level 4 baldness. Today, approximately 50 million men and 30 million women suffer from thinning hair and various levels of hair loss.

While there are four main approaches to treating hair loss, one of the simplest and most well known considerations involves shampoo for thinning hair. With an assortment of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, it is the unique blend of ingredients that fights against thinning hair patterns.

The Basic Directions for Thinning Hair Shampoo

Generally, those using a thinning hair shampoo will thoroughly wet their hair and then apply the product. A gentle massage of a wet scalp should follow, where extra water is added to create lather. A slight tingling sensation may follow, which is normal in many cases. A thorough rinse with warm water removes the product. On the market, numerous shampoos for thinning hair are found at pharmacies, in the grocery store, and across the Internet. Some work to revitalize hair follicles and create regrowth, while others aim to simply stop the thinning hair process with or without possible reversal.

To get an idea of some of the hair care products available for consumers concerned with thinning hair, a few options are listed below:

Osmotics' FNS Shampoo for Thinning Hair

Whether hair is fine or weak, this particular shampoo uses a nutrient-rich formula to remove unwanted buildup in the sebaceous glands through a variety of essential vitamins and minerals. The result in many cases is healthier hair that is stronger and thicker. It is through an intensely mild lathering agent with the help of specially combined natural ingredients that promotes a healthy scalp response. This type of thinning hair shampoo also effectively revitalizes dry hair, color-treated hairstyles, and chemically damaged tresses.

Magick Botanicals Shampoo for Thinning Hair

Healthy hair usually means a healthy scalp. With Magick Botanicals, maximum growth potential is reached when the hair shaft becomes coated with panthenol, biotin and keratin protein. The included ingredients encourage a clean and healthy scalp. The added vitamins and amino acids also encourage hair follicles to unclog and rid excess sebum and dead skin cells. Often, all-natural thinning shampoos provide some of the least amounts of irritation, which is perfect for sensitive skin.

Nisim Bio Factors

With an effective, long-lasting, safe formula, many users of Nisim Bio Factors thinning hair shampoo have seen results in about 11 weeks. Herbal extracts, panthenol, and biotin citric acid are just some of the ingredients that promote a clean scalp and healthy hair, which is intensified when taking an additional hair loss supplement. It is often seen as a satisfying choice when used in combination with other products, such as Rogaine

A Guide to Aging? Not really!

By David Morton

A guide to aging? Not really, because it is going to happen anyway. A few signs of aging do present themselves. We notice a few more wrinkles compared to the photo from last year, and maybe even the year before. But what else do you notice? A number of us notice the ears are seemingly bigger. Yikes! Those darned ear hairs are growing like rope. Is this normal? Nose hairs are now more unruly than ever and certain parts of the body are prone to sagging.

The good news is that these external changes are normal and fortunately none mean that we are unhealthy. All are part of the process of living longer.

Internally, the chemical changes have probably been addressed by your M.D.

But what about other bodily changes? The more aggravating side of aging; tiredness, either more or less need for sleep than we used to require, the loss of libido, aches and pains in parts of our body that we didn’t even know existed, sore joints, sore muscles just seemingly coming from no known cause. Then we get diagnosed as having type 2 diabetes, which incidentally can help explain some of our lethargy. You have changed all your bad habits, and no longer smoke, take illegal drugs, and have even altered your alcohol intake levels. And now you are considering going back to all your old habits because you feel just as bad as you did before you got righteous! But before you do that, consider that even type 2 diabetes, even when chemically controlled, has shown to decrease with exercise. Tiredness can be a sign of not enough exercise. A lack of exercise may also be responsible for excessive joint and muscle pain, lack of stamina and vitality. So try some exercise, gentle ones but on a consistent level. And believe it or not, that is the secret. Consistency! So gird the loins, go for that 5 minute walk and upon your return do these little stretches.

1) Get down on your hands and knees. Arch back upwards, tighten stomach muscles and tuck chin under. Hold for a count of 20. Relax and from starting position repeat 5 times.
2) Sitting up with legs out in front, reach along one leg with the hand on same side until a comfortable stretch is felt in the back of the leg. Hold for a count of 20. Keep legs straight. DO NOT BOUNCE. Do this 3 times, alternating with the other hand and leg.
3) Standing, grab your ankle with the same side hand and pull it towards the buttocks until a stretch is felt. The other hand may stabilize you against a wall or chair if needed. Hold for a count of 20. Repeat with the other leg. Once is enough.

Try these few little stretching exercises for a week, and if you feel they help, search for more. So get up off that couch and start living again!

Clean Living Is Bad For Children's Health

By Sarah Fields

A major increase in the number of allergies, including Asthma, suffered by adults and children could be linked to our hygienic and disease free modern world. With so many vaccinations and antibiotics available to fight a whole range of diseases, children and young adults are not building up their natural immunisation to these infections. This hygiene factor also means that young people are more prone to asthma and other allergic reactions as their resistance to allergens in the atmosphere is low.

The claim comes from Mary Lloyd of Bio-Life International, speaking at Chemex in London, an annual gathering for pharmacists and healthcare professionals. Lloyd is a scientist who has developed a natural treatment to control pet allergies by wiping the animal with a cationic surfactant solution. In her presentation Lloyd cited a research study that shows the remarkable differences in the prevalence of allergic symptoms and disorders between the under-developed East and the more affluent and protected Western Europe. The data consistently shows more allergic sensitisation to asthma, wheezing, hay fever and atopy in the West, and the difference is particularly pronounced in children and young adults. The study, carried out by the German Ministry of Health, also showed the same differences between East and West Germany before unification.

Commenting on the hygiene factor Lloyd said, "A scientific review published by experts from the Imperial College of Medicine in London suggests that there is now proof that childhood diseases and exposure to less hygienic conditions actually builds up a child's immunity and helps them to cope with the allergens in the atmosphere. Longer term this may mean a major change in recommended childcare practice. In the interval we have generations which are susceptible to every conceivable allergen".

To avoid any further immune suppression, Lloyd advocates treating the cause rather than treating the symptoms .The first example of this development is the pet allergy preventative, Petal CleanseTM, recently launched in the UK by Bio-Life International.

Cats, dogs and small animals all produce allergens on their coats, which are distributed into the atmosphere, often in a home environment. We are a nation of animal lovers, which explains why so many people suffer from allergies to their pets. By removing the allergens from the animals we can control the source of the problem, which Lloyd believes is better than treating the symptoms with strong drugs, that may have their own harmful side effects if used for prolonged periods.

With over 14 million cats and dogs in the UK, plus 37 million small animals, there is no question that Britain lives up to its reputation as a nation of animal lovers. Sadly, statistics reveal that around 15% of adults and over 50% of children are allergic to household pets. It is estimated that these allergies affect 14 million people in 6 million households in the UK alone. This number is set to double over the next 10 years with the increased propensity of younger generations to have immune deficiencies.

Breast Enhancement Research Using Stem Cell Technology

By Antony Wilton

Of the many women who wish to alter the shape or size of their breasts, a lot will find the un natural shape of silicone or saline implants unattractive. Thankfully, it appears that breast enhancement research scientists have found a way in which women can in fact grow their own new breast tissue.
This new breast enhancement research indicates that, perhaps within 10 years, tissue grown from ones own stem cells may provide what could be considered as a viable alternative to surgery for breast enhancement.
In a complicated procedure discovered by Japanese researchers, a system was devised to develop stem cells into tissue similar to the fat tissue in breasts, by creating similar conditions to those that set off this process naturally in the body. Researchers then injected the fat tissue into mice, and noticed that after three to four weeks, tissue which was implanted had retained both its shape and size. This caused the scientists to consider that the same process may be utilised for breast enhancement in women.
This new technique raises the possibility of providing breast enhancement clients with more natural looking breasts containing both smooth and soft attributes. The new tissue will become an integral portion of the breast, rather than what can be described as a foreign mass when comparing it to silicone or saline implants. This is because the stem cells will enable the new fat tissue to form a blood supply of its own.
Results have been heralded as great news for women wishing to have more shapely breasts without the sometimes un-natural look or and feel of implants. What is also of importance, is that stem cell driven breast enhancement poses no risk of leakage, or other problems associated silicone. The new procedure can also be used in reconstruction of breasts following cancer surgery
Medical practitioners have welcomed these results with enthusiasm, but it will be many years before its effectiveness or side effects will be determined.

Best Weight Loss Practices

By Amy Nutt

The best practices for permanent weight loss are healthy habits that you can continue for the rest of your life.

Make Exercise a Habit

One of the best things you can do for your body is to move it. A balance of cardio activities and resistance training will:

• Boost your metabolism
• Allow your body to burn more calories
• Create a leaner look
• Prevent sagging skin after weight loss
• Increase your energy
• Extend your life by giving you a healthier heart.

If you don’t already participate in weekly cardio and weight training activities, start small and gradually add to your time and intensity.

Make Healthier Food Choices

Exercise alone cannot help you lose weight. The best practice to shed extra pounds is to combine exercise with a sensible diet.

Choosing a diet to follow can be overwhelming with so many books, programs and Web sites on the market. Fad diets often claim to have the miracle for weight loss. It is important to weed through the various weight loss plans and learn to spot a fad diet.

A sensible diet is one you can safely and sanely follow forever. A healthy diet isn’t one that you follow for 48 hours or for 30 days. There is no time limit for a healthy lifestyle. Cutting food groups and following extreme calorie reduction plans don’t work either.

The best eating plan for permanent weight loss is cutting back on sweets and eating foods in their natural form. Limit fast foods and processed foods and eat frequent small meals throughout the day to avoid feeling hungry or deprived.

Stay Motivated

The majority of people who start a diet quit long before they reach their goals. Special occasions and minor setbacks can easily lead to binge eating and reverting to your old eating habits.

Finding your own motivation to stay on track with your weight loss program is essential to your success. Maybe you want to be a healthy role model for your kids, you want to reduce the amount of medicine you take, or you just refuse to live being overweight any longer. Use these things to guide your daily choices.

Write out the things that motivate you to lose weight and revisit the list when you start to veer off track from your weight loss program.

Stay Hydrated

You need to stay hydrated to feel and look your best. Drink eight cups (the minimum recommendation) or more of water every day. Water will also help flush the fat from your body.

Pulling it All Together

Water, natural food, exercise and keeping your motivation up will help you stick with your diet and reach your weight loss goals. Tracking everything through a journal or online tracking program is a great way to make sure you have done your best each day and are moving closer to your goal weight.

Is There A "Best" Cure For Constipation?

By Matthew Helmsford

There are many proposed cures for constipation, but is there really a best cure for constipation? Out of the bunch can any one method be singled out as a surefire cure for digestive troubles? There are both advantages and disadvantages to the various cures for constipation.

One of the common methods to cure constipation is to change your diet. The standard Western diet includes too many processed foods and too little nutrients. An absence of fiber in the diet can contribute to constipation as well as an increase in water intake. These dietary changes are the most natural, least invasive and least expensive. However, fiber and water might not help with chronic constipation. Many people increase fiber and water in their diet only to find out that they still have trouble from time to time. If this method is unreliable, it can’t be considered the best cure for constipation.

Some people think laxatives are the best cure for constipation. Laxatives work in a few different ways. Some bulk the stool and help your intestines retain water. Others stimulate bowel contractions by irritating nerve endings in the intestines. There are herbal laxatives and man made laxatives. The biggest problem with laxatives is that people can become dependent on them for bowel movements. If you don’t treat the core cause of constipation, you’ll have to use laxatives again and again to gain relief from the symptoms. Some people have actually become addicted to laxatives and permanently affected their ability to have bowel movements naturally.

Laxatives can also cause side effects that are more uncomfortable than the constipation itself. Depending on the type of laxative you use, you might experience everything from excess gas to nausea and headaches. Some other common symptoms are intestinal cramps, feeling lightheaded, migraines, bloating and diarrhea. These side effects definitely take laxatives out of the running for the best cure for constipation.

Prescription drugs seemed like welcome relief for people suffering from chronic constipation. These drugs created bowel movements by effecting chemicals in your intestines to create bowel contractions. They were intended to regulate bowel movements and help people overcome chronic constipation. However, prescription drugs are far from being the best cure for chronic constipation. Their side effects include migraines, nausea, diarrhea and dry mouth, just to name a few.

The bad news is that most conventional methods for constipation relief don’t treat the underlying cause of chronic constipation. The good news is the best cure for constipation does exists. It treats the cause of constipation, instead of just the symptoms.

Extreme Methods To Cure Bad Acne

By Bill Nadraszky

The most common methods to get rid of acne are to use lotions and astringents, to wash correctly and lastly to eat properly.. Well for those (like I was) these simple methods may not be at all good enough to treat your acne problems. If your acne problems are very severe then you may need to consult with a dermatologist to try these for more invasive and advanced acne treatments. The most popular and effective treatments for this severe acne are chemical peels, drainage, and light therapy

A Dermatologist can analyze your skin, your prior acne treatment methods and can try other methods to help clear acne. These treatments can not be done at home and need to be performed by a dermatologist. Trying these at home can lead to infection, worsening of the acne and scarring.

Chemical Peels - This is the only treatment that you can do without the help of a dermatologist but instead can go to a spa or other beauty type place. Light chemical peels of glycolic acid and other chemical agents are used to loosen blackheads and decrease acne papules. The great side effect of a chemical peel is that it will give your face a nice clean and fresh look. Never do a chemical peel at home as it can burn your skin veery badly if done incorrectly.

Drainage and Surgical Extraction - Do not get turned off by the terminology, this type of "surgery" is simple, effective and done in a dentists office. When large cysts do not respond to medication they may require drainage. Drainage and extraction, which is also called "acne surgery" is simply a method to get the pus and infection out by injecting and then allowing the acne to drain itself. This will reduce the pain associated with your cysts and it will stop the possibility of scarring.

Phototherapy - I am not sure how well this worked for me but I used a suntan type booth years back that was supposed to help my skin. This is like using a suntan bed and many people like using this as it gives you a chance to get some color. Several laser and light treatments are available to treat acne. Some of these laser and light treatments target only one factor that causes acne, that is the acne bacteria itself..

Advantages to laser and light treatments include not having to remember to apply or take any medication and the ability to treat hard-to-reach areas, such as the back. However, laser and light treatments can be quite expensive, and I am not sure how I feel about the effectiveness when I used it.

Scarring is another reason to use light therapy. Over the last several years lasers have become a great way to treat acne scars.

These methods are vert invasive and sometimes are a little more than you may need. Some people can easily get away with some advanced methods for example orally taking antibiotics like tetracycline and even Accutane.

Of course there are alternatives to these surgical needles and peels. There is a very good chance that you can cure your acne using a special acne diet secret, if so then read my review of the best acne treatment. Another great product I have reviewed is a natural acne pill called Axnezine.

10 Summer Beauty Tips

By Janice Wee

  1. Drink plenty of water to reduce the risk of heat stroke. Start the day with at least 1 large glass of water. Drink another large glass of water before stepping outdoors. It would help you hydrate your skin from within.
  2. Think SPF. Go for a sunblock. Use a lotion over your face and body with at least SPF 15 to ward off the skin cancer inducing UV rays. Use it liberally and reapply frequently. Besides increasing the risk of skin cancer, exposure to the sun's UV rays damages your skin and causes premature aging. Hence the best anti-aging skin care involves the use of a sunblock.
  3. Protect your eyes with large sunglasses. Sun exposure increases the risk of cataracts so put on those shades.
  4. When it comes to makeup, go light. Switch from a foundation to a tinted moisturizer.
  5. Lighten your skin care in summer. This is the time when your skin gets oilier and more pimple prone. You might want to switch to skin care products that are water-based instead.
  6. Think color. Line your eyes with a bright colored eyeshadow like violet or turquoise. For more glamour, try a colored mascara in the same shade if possible.
  7. Wear a hat to protect your hair and for more shade from the blazing summer sun.
  8. During the day, used a colored lip gloss instead of lipstick for kissable lips that are more casual.
  9. For night, line and color your lips with lip liner. Then go over your colored lips with a lip gloss. This would outlast your usual lipstick, and is perfect for summer.
  10. Arm yourself with a tube of aloe vera gel. It is wonderful for healing sunburns. On top of that, it is a great oil-free moisturizer for face and body.

Analyzing the Connection Between Cellulite and Coffee

By Patricia Hammond

Cellulite and coffee are two words that seem to be seen together more and more these days. For many years, coffee has been given the ugly reputation of being the cause of a lot of different ailments including cellulite. Recent developments however now seem to link coffee as a possible solution to cellulite. What is the real deal between cellulite and coffee?

Coffee as an Antioxidant

In recent years, coffee addicts around the world have welcomed the news that coffee may actually have antioxidant properties equal to that of black tea. These antioxidant components can supplement what people normally get from fruits and vegetables. Drinking one or two cups of coffee a day can apparently fight free radical damaging molecules and may even reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.

Coffee in Moderation

As with almost everything in excess, coffee can be potentially harmful too. Coffee has traditionally been seen as the culprit in a long list of ailments. Common sense would of course say that excessive amounts of caffeine in the body can cause such problems as insomnia and heart palpitations. There is also a possibility that too much coffee can cause more toxins and fat build up that may lead to an increase in cellulite deposits. Some coffee concoctions also deliver more calories that may result in a general body fat gain. In this sense, cellulite and coffee seem to be connected in a bad way.

Coffee Drinking

The cellulite and coffee connection doesn’t seem to look well when seen only in the coffee drinking perspective. Although coffee does have antioxidant properties that can help fight cellulite, the positive cellulite and coffee connection cannot be established by just drinking coffee alone. This is because cellulite is made up of stubborn fat deposits that also inhibit antioxidant and nutrient absorption in affected areas. This means that the positive cellulite and coffee connection cannot be seen simply because the antioxidant properties of coffee cannot reach affected areas easily.

Coffee Applications

There seems to be some evidence though that the positive cellulite and coffee connection can be seen when coffee is used as a topical application. Topical applications of coffee can be used on cellulite areas where coffee can seep in and perform its role. In topical applications coffee can help break down fat deposits. Aside from helping break fat, coffee also promotes proper blood flow which is crucial in eliminating the broken down fat and the toxins from the body. Coffee therefore works best against cellulite not as a drink but as a topical application.

How to Use Coffee

The cellulite and coffee connection has become so popular that people are now experimenting on many different ways to exploit the cellulite and coffee link. Home coffee remedies for cellulite seem to work to some extent for some individuals. Product manufacturers however are also trying to look into different possibilities for cellulite and coffee. In recent years, coffee topical solutions for cellulite have been formulated. In most cases, these commercial applications are better choices than home remedies. This is because good products contain a lot of other ingredients that can support the function of coffee. An ingredient like L-carnitine for example can work together with coffee in getting rid of excess fat.

Firm Help at Hand for Impotent Men

By Nayim Manaf

A man’s erection is more than a sign of his arousal; it’s often a sign of masculinity and pride. Yet for many men it is something we take for granted. Being able to get an erection depends on a healthy operation of many complex operations such as healthy blood flow, good response to stimulus and a feeling of arousal. But what happens when one of these things go wrong?

How Does an Erection take Place?

For an erection to take place, the nerves to the penis must function properly, an adequate blood supply must circulate to the penis, and the penis must receive a stimulus from the brain. Erectile dysfunction, or ED, is the term used to describe a malfunction in one of these systems. Estimates of the number of American men who suffer from erectile dysfunction range from 15 million to 30 million, according to the National Institutes of Health.

What can go wrong?

With so many men suffering from ED the causes of the condition can be down to many different factors. Physical damage to the penis and nerve endings caused by diabetes, heart disease or prostate cancer to name a few are likely causes of impotency. ED is also a common side effect of many common prescription medications such as blood pressure drugs and anti depressants. Psychological problems also play a big part, stress, fear of failure and low self esteem are all big contributors and of course smoking is perhaps one of the biggest culprits for impotency in men.

Help is at Hand

Thankfully Erectile Dysfunction or ED in men can usually be treated easily. Oral treatment has become a realistic option, with many men opting for ‘brand’ names such as Viagra. These drugs usually work by stimulating the flow of blood to the penis, giving a man the erection he craves without having to mess around with pumps. The effects of these drugs are usually short lived and can have unpleasant side effects, not to mention the need to have a prescription. This places a barrier to men looking for a long term and cost effective solution to impotency.

Herbal Alternative

Mother Nature has always held the cure for mans problems, including this one. Herbal remedies have recently entered the market and perhaps to everyone’s surprise have proven to be quite effective. Herbal pills designed to help men achieve stronger, longer lasting erections and feel sexier present a real alternative to prescription medication. A problem many men feel embarrassed to talk about can now be cured by a visit to an online retailer.

Now more and more men can have firmer, better-quality erections, feel sexier, more alive, more masculine and more sexually powerful. All without expensive surgery, messy pumps or embarrassing trips to the pharmacy!
